Pinot Rosé Carbonique 2025

$42.00

A rich, textural, and complex wine featuring a powerful palate of vibrant red and purple fruits. Strikingly versatile, it can be approached at room temperature as a light, structural red style, or served chilled as an expressive, refreshing rosé.

Crafted from early-harvested, low-yielding, and close-planted Pinot Noir vines, this wine is rooted in the unique Jurassic dolerite soils of our Tea Tree estate. Hand-picked whole bunches are meticulously sorted and lightly foot-pressed on-site. The fruit undergoes a four-to-six-day semi-carbonic maceration with wild Champagne yeast, gently hand-mixed daily to coax out vibrant aromatics. It is then basket-pressed to neutral French oak barriques, fermented completely dry, and allowed to undergo 100% malolactic fermentation. Lightly filtered and bottled entirely on-site, it is a beautifully raw, pure expression.
